Once the payment is completed, the purchased eSIM bundle becomes immediately available in the VeloeSIM app. If you do not receive your eSIM, please contact our support team via the in-app chat or email us at [email protected] for assistance. Our support team is available 24/7 to help resolve any issues.
2. Cancellation Policy
eSIM bundles can only be canceled if:
- The user was unable to use the service due to an issue with our eSIM.
- The user’s device does not support eSIM, and they were unaware of this before purchasing.
